I just bought PD 6 with my new Mac, 5 days before the cutoff. Had I known that a new version was coming out I would have waited. I registered it on the 29th .....F me! Un-friggin-believable! OK OK now ya'all can start laughing at me(<--looser) who will be out another 50 bucks. P.S Can't I buy upgrade protection? I looked on the Parallels site but couldn't find it.....wa..wa..waaaaa.
This really isn't the place for personal issues. You may want to drop an email to Parallels to express your frustration.
I am a new user too. And you are not alone if you talk about not having any luck in getting the latest version. But, upgrade is available and I read that it has some free version. I just hope that someone can share the link with us since I am new here and don't know where to find it
I'm new here and don't know if I can post the link. Just Google "parallels free upgrade". That's how I found it and just went through the process today, and already received an email with a link to the upgrade. Good luck.
