    Hi Guys,

This is on a Mac Pro, Lion, 12 GB ram, 8 core.

I have had to revert back to version 6 after installing 7.

The main issue I am seeing with 7 is very slow boot ups due to the fact that the kernalcache is rebuilt on every reboot/startup and then the machine reboots after the cache is rebuilt!

So startup is at around 5 minutes with version 7 installed. Shutdown is also very slow. With version 6 installed startup is less than 50 seconds.

General machine responsiveness with 7 installed seems bad even without any VMs running.

It looks like next issues to me, I have been talking to support but they do not seem to have a clue what they are talking about :(

Any one else having these issues with 7?

    Thanks

    Andy

Hi, don't worry you are not alone. If you take a look at the long thread titled "Problems with Parallels 7" then you can see loads of people in the same boat.

    Cheers
