I am sorry for asking this directly I have read blogs and post for hours and still can't find a yes or no answer if this will work.

    I want to buy

    1. Parallels for mac
    2. A macbook with Gigs of ram and 120g hard drive
    3. a UPGRADE copy of windows vista Ultimate (i do that a spare win2k license)

Can I install vista on macbook under bootcamp using the 2 install method (as a demo then again as a licensed copy).
Then install the new Parallels beta activate windows and use it as a VM or as a straight boot. havening AREO work when i boot via boot camp and just basic graphics under the VM.

The current answer is in this thread http://forum.parallels.com/thread2531-2.html

And that answer also applies to Build 3170.

You can use the fourm's Search function to search for "Vista" and "Boot Camp" next time instead of starting a new thread.
