Install and tech support problem

    Hi,

    I used the trial of parallels and some 4 weeks since the trial ended I finally got around to buying the full version.

    I installed it but when I try and install I get an error message "The following disk images could not be mounted the (*.dmg) file can not be recognised. I emailed tech support but the email address does not work. I have registered the key but can't get my 30 days of tech support. Do I need a product support code? I'm not going to pay for another code to get support for a piece of software I paid for but am having trouble installing. The trial worked perfectly.

    You can create a Support request through your My Parallels account and get support code in there.
