I have a macbook pro and running paralles desktop 5. The office is using Windows exchange server and everyone else is on Windows. I can't seem to keep a connection to the server, I have no problems with the internet. As I'm new to the Mac I'll tell you that our IT person update my machine shortly after I started using it, so I don't recall if this was happening prior to the update. Any ideas? I'm told that the update created the problem and Apple has yet to resolve it! This sounds a little odd that they would overlook such an issue as it seems to be quite prevelant.

    Thanks for the help, Don

Suppose you try to access a network file share that exists on a server running Windows Server 2003, 2008 or 2008 R2. But in this situation, the file sharing connection drops intermittently after a while, then the network shares become unresponsive.

When this problem occurs, the following events are logged in the event log:
    Event ID: 4226
    Source: Tcpip
Message:TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent (incomplete) TCP connect attempts.

    Event ID: 2022
    Source: server
Message: The server was unable to find a free connection number times in the last number seconds.
