I'm trying to use this in Parallels. Whenever I connect it and try to attach it to the VM in 3150, I get a message saying the USB device is in use by another process. I'm not sure what other program may be using a USB GPS, but I can't figure it out to get it to work. Anybody else try this? Steve
I haven't done that yet, but I notice that the device does show up correctly in the Windows Device Manager when I attach it in the Device menu. It's Parallels that then brings up the "in use" dialog box before promptly disconnecting it after I click OK. Weird. Any other thoughts before I update to 3170? Steve
OK, with 3170, Parallels no longer says the device is in use. However, the Copilot Navigator software does not see the GPS. Very weird. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Device Manager with no success. Anybody get this to work? I don't want my woot (http://www.woot.com) to go to waste! I'll have to try it in Boot Camp.
