I'm running Parallels 6 on my Mac OSx Snow Leopard and I would like to convert a vm that I have
on VMWare which is an OSx vm. How would I go about doing this?
I've googled internet on this but haven't found anything that works so far.

I just tried to do this and got an error from Parallels Desktop 6. I've posted a question about it on the forum, but you may have more luck than me.

You open Parallels, press the 'open' button that is located on the bottom right hand side of the Welcome to Parallels Desktop window. This will open a File Open window, find your VMware virtual machine. It should look like a single file in a Virtual Machine folder. If you can't find it, open VMware and look in the preferences to see where it puts its' virtual machines. Select the VMware virtual machine and PArallels will try to open it.

Naturally it won't be able to open it, but it will recognise it and ask you if it can convert it to a Parallels VM. Parallels fails to convert my Windows 7 x64 VM, but it may work for you.

    Good luck.
