I just bought a activation key for my parallels under Lion. I would like too use Parallels on my notebook too. For example a bought Lion can be installed on both the computers. How is the policy of Parallels? Can I use the same number?. What happens if I try, will I become blacklisted? Or do I realy have too buy another registration......
Hello DickV, According to Parallels EULA: http://www.parallels.com/about/eula/ You may use one copy of the Software activated by a license key on a single server (virtual or physical) owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by you. If you have multiple license keys for the Software, you may make and use as many copies of the Software as you have license keys. You cannot have the software installed and activated with one key on multiple machines. Should you want to have the software installed and activated on 2 Macs - you would need to have two activation keys.
I do not often use Windows programs. So I do not want to pay more money only to use a program in another room..... => I'll try virtual box on my other machine. So I can also play with the differences (and appreciate Parallels?)
