Updating the Kaspersky license

    All -

    I saw a thread on this but it wasn't answered. I have a new Kaspersky activation key from an annual renewal. How/where do I apply it. I can't find where it goes.

    Thank you, but I don't see those screens. My version is Parallels Internet Security 2009, and it has no Activation menu.
    I am lost.

    Hi. Thank you, but that site is, shall we say, user unfriendly. The help there does not address my screens, it gives me more screens i don't have, and when I provide feedback, I get thanks for helping to make the screens better. Zero indication I'm getting my problem in front of a human.

    Can you advise how to select from the menu choices how to get to a place that lets me submit a request to a body that will read it?

    Please go to http://www.parallels.com/support/request/

    If you are not logged into your account, you be requested to login. After that choose

    Customer Service and Licensing > Parallels Desktop > My Kaspersky sunscription in Parallels Desktop 6 has expired and proceed entering details.

    Please provide detailed description of your issue and screen shots.

    Customer Service and Licensing > Parallels Desktop > Other
