OK, before anyone points out the obvious, I've done almost EVERYTHING to get this working. I've even tried installing a fresh copy of windows and Parallels. Still can not mount my windows drive on my mac. I've submitted a ticket and got a response, and that process still didn't make it work. I guarantee its a permissions issue on my Mac, because I had the same problem with my windows apps not showing up in the Mac Dock. A couple hours searching these forums, i found you had to run a few commands in the Terminal to fix permissions, after that my apps were showing up in the dock.

So, before I go through a long haul of back and forth with Parallels customer service... Does anyone here know what i need to do to get the permissions fixed for mounting Windows on my Mac side? Your help would be GREATLY appreciated! Can't tell you how many hours i've spent searching and trying to get this working...

Don't use parallels itself for this. Use windows file sharing. Share the folder(s) you want in Windows, then in OSX go to finder, select "Go-->Connect To Server" (or hit CMD+K) and type in: "smb://windows-computer-name"
