    Hi,

I've install Parallels on my Mac on my account.

My children have an account with very strict Parental Control has he is only 3 and the process prl_naptd ask each 5 sec an authorization ... this is very boring.

I don't to give an authorization for this product to his account, what can I do ?

    Thanks,

    E. Gagnon (from France - sorry for my poor english)

I would also like to know how to disable this. It appears to be the Parallels Service, but when running under my child's account, nothing Parallels related should be running at all, so I want to completely disable this service under my child's account. (Why is it running in the first place?)

Currently, the only workaround I can figure out is to give my child's account access to Parallels Service, and this makes the prompt go away. But it would be nice to figure out how to disable the service, or figure out how to not have Parallels run at all on other user accounts.

I am also having the same problem. Is there any hope of a fix from Parallels?

Giving access to Parallels Service makes the prompt go away for me also, but I agree that the process should not be running at all.
