    Hi,

I installed Windows 98 via Parallels 5 and it works well so far :) The only problem is that I can't enlarge the window Win98 works in. It's a very small one and a little hard to work with.
Now I heard that installing the Parallels Tools might be a solution but then also heard that the tools are only available from WinXP up to Win7. And trying to install the tools under Win98 doesn't work.

Is there any solution on how to enlarge my Win98 window so I can use it properly?

If I install the driver, is it going to work in a bigger window?

Okay, it connected for some reason and I followed the steps in the link you sent me. I found the folder Win9x and used it. It said the driver was installed and then also said, that the same driver as before is still used which to me means that I already had it installed, but maybe that's a wrong conclusion...

So anyway, in the manual it says "When you are prompted to restart the guest OS in the System Settings Change dialog box, click Yes."
However, I am not prompted to restart at all. I just close the control panel and everything's back to normal. After restarting manually, nothing has changed. Still the goddamn small window...

What about Display properties? Can you change resolution settings there (screen area)? What is the Display driver installed there? I can see Parallels Vu on Parallels Video Adapter in my Windows 98 virtual machine. I have tried resizing the window by dragging right bottom corner and also by changing resolution and both times it worked. Have you tried it this way?

None of that works. It says "Parallels VU on Standard PCI Graphics Adapter". Doesn't sound like my installation changed anything. It also didn't ask me to restart, I don't understand what I did wrong...

Doesn't someone else have an idea how to solve this problem? Or had it him/herself and give me an instruction how to install the Tools properly? They are just not installed and I dont know how to do it...
