Parallels And Time Machine Questions

    Hello, I currently use Time machine to backup everything. However I use Acronis internally in the VM. I have no need to back up the VM. However I notice that even though I click the "Do Not Back Up Virtual Machine" option it seems to have a large backup. Do I also need to exempt the VM file from the Time Machine preferences? Thank you.

    yes, you have to enter /Documents/Paralles in the exclusion-list of Time Machine.
