I am also getting the following issue after having updated to the latest version of Parallels Desktop: The Boot Camp partition "/dev/disk0s3" used by Hard Disk 1 is not supported. I tried to follow what was requested in KB111629 but, I did not have other HD source. I saw another user who had the same issue and this was suggested: You could right click PD icon, select "Virtual Machines List". Right click on VM in list, select "Configure..." Apply KB. By the way you could just remove Hard Disk from configuration, save it, exit, open Configuration again, add BootCamp Hard Disk, save it, use VM. I tried this, and now, I am unable to add the Hard Disk back in the configuration because now, I get an error saying "No boot device is available, press enter to continue." In the configuration menu under Hardware, I have the following message "Some of the settings on this page cannot be changed until the virtual machine is shut down." If I shut down the virtual machine, Parallels Desktop shuts down and the configuration screen is also closed. What should be my next step?
Hello Lucl, Change Configuration->Options->Startup and Shutdown-> On Shutdown: Keep window open. This options could be saved for running VM. Then you could Stop VM and make necessary changes to VM hardware.
