How to avoid file sharing in Parallels?

Hi,

Just installed Parallels and it's fantastic. One thing which is bugging me though, is that every file I modify on my windows desktop is modified on my Mac desktop. I don't want this. I'd prefer the two operating systems to be almost completely separate, although it would be good to be able to share files between the OS's upon request.

Is this possible? If so, how?

check your Configuration, and in the Options tab under sharing, there are some settings to allow you to decide what and how you are sharing. click on the Help question mark button there for more information on each of the individual settings, and that should be able to help you decide exactly how to share amongst your operating systems.
