Create an image...help

I want to take my current Win7 desktop on my PC and move it to Parallels on my Mac.
What do i need to do?
Sorry for being the noob.

 

Im looking to turn my current Win7 into a parallels image.
Can someone point me in the right direction on how to do so.

I would use Parallels Desktop 6 Switch to Mac Edition.

What I am looking for is a tool like VMWare Converter that can create an image of a current running computer and make a vm image of it. Then take that vm and use it on Parallels 5 on my Mac. If i am going to spend more $ I would probably swtich to VMWare at least I know I can do what I am looking for.
