I just downloaded Parallels Mobile last week for my iPad 2 and am trying to set it up. Unfortunately, it keeps rejecting my email and password, even though I am entering them correctly. I have logged in successfully on the website, but can not log in in the Preferences pane. I must confess the most frustrating thing about this is that the only support option I have is these forums. Since I upgraded to Parallels 6 last October, my free support access has expired. Even though I'm setting up a product I downloaded last week, I can't chat or email or call without paying for it. I'm not sure how much sense that really makes. Thanks for any assistance offered.

Thank you for informing me of that. I apologize for not seeing that before. However, now I'm getting stuck on step two of the submitting a support request. I fill out the four category boxes, and then... nothing. And no way to move on to step three. I guess I'm destined to not set this up. On the plus side, this issue is doing a fantastic job of keeping from my tasks for the day...
