I am having a problem with a Black Screen upon startup after XP SP3 Update. I know there is a problem with the Parallels Tools as the support information on this website details, but I can't start in Safe Mode by pressing F8 or even by going to Virtual Machine --> Safe Mode. It just starts up shows some white text (attached) for a brief moment and then goes to a black screen.

    Mac OS X 10.6.7
Parallels is version 4. XP is SP 2, was trying to upgrade to SP 3 at the time.
    8 GB of memory
(not sure what else I am forgetting)

    Thanks,
    Matt
