Hello, Ever since I updated my copy of Parallels Desktop to build 6.0.11994 I get a "This copy of Parallels is not registered and cannot be updated. Do you want to register it?" message. I had already activated and registered my copy. But when I try to do it again to shake this message and be able to check for updates all I get are errors. I wonder if this is a problem of the new update, or some server problem. Anyway, please solve it.
I'va had the same problem. issue a ticket with the help-desk and they will tell you how to remove Parallels completely and re-install it.
Parallels sent me an email with instructions to update to a new version. Downloaded last night, but no change. Unable to locate version number that's already installed. Help gives instructions from the Parallels desktop, but no menu option shows that feature. Currently in the process of downloading a second time. Gary
