Update to build 11994

Just tried the update and got the message "one or more files to update the software are missing" after it has finished downloading the update file.
I have been using Parallels for the past 2 years, faithfully done every single update and bought the upgrades and never deleted any of the files.
So any idea where this comes from and why?

 

I'm getting this message when i let the updater start the update. What helps is to execute the update yourself. Just mount the downloaded dmg and start the installation.

Could you please specify what Parallels Desktop localization are you using?

 

It's german

 

Please try check for updates again.

If problem remains - you could post problem report ID (Help->Report a Problem) and I will try to analyze what's going on.
