I paid $30 in advance for technical support yet when I call the number, I get a message that they are busy, leave a number and they will call me back. Unfortunatly, they have my $$ and haven't called back for 3 days even though i have called and emailed at least 6 times. My issue is that i had to uninstall and then reinstall Parallels Desktop for Mac. The install did not remove all parts of the software, so I searched using Spotlight and deleted the rest. Then I tried to reinstall the software and during the "enter the activation code" process, it did not recognize the code. I paid for the software and for the support call, yet have not been able to take advantage of each. I would appreciate any help on the issues. Thank you!
