Trying to access the Internet via Parallels with Windows X-P

Trying to establishing a link from Windows X-P to the 'net'.

Into control panel trying to set it up. Any idea what DNS number I need to place in the set up?
Or am I doing something incorrectly?

Have you checked the Hardware Tab in Configure...
Mine has Network 1, which has [x]Connected checked and Type: Shared Network.
In the XP VM I just use DHCP and it connects to my Router to get an IP address on my LAN.

To test if you are getting out to the net after that, try ping 4.2.2.2
That is a global DNS. Slower than using the DNS from your ISP, so get the DNS from your ISP asap.
