I had problem installing Parallels Tools it would just hang.. after hours of debugging it was hanging on the Realtek Ethernet adapter. I went into safe mode on XP and uninstall and rebooted then run Parallels Tools setup it loaded just fine but my ethernet adapter would not work so I went back in safe mode and uninstall the parallels ethernet adapter and rebooted it's working great under the the XP drivers.. so I'm still not able to load parallels driver.. anyone else having this problem?
