Hi, I just intalled the new update of Parallels Desktop 6 and was asked to install the parallels tools after the update. The install process of Parallels tools obviously works quite well but in the end the installation was interrupted by this error message: "Schlüssel konnte nicht gefunden werden. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\Software\Microsoft\Windows\...\psf Überprüfen Sie, ob Sie ausreichende Zugriffsrechte auf die Schlüssel besitzen oder setzen Sie sich mit Ihrem Supportteam in Verbindung." IN ENGLISH: "Key could not be found. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\Software\Microsoft\Windows\...\psf Check whether you have sufficient rights to access the key or contact your support team." I googled this error message and tried to find the folder on my Mac but unfortunately without success. What can I do to solve this problem? Before the update the parallels tools worked brilliant and except installing the update I haven't changed anything concerning access rights, etc. Please help me Thanks in advance Stefan

I had to reboot the VM many times before it finally worked. My update had issues with the audio driver.. but the link above sounds similar to what you are experiencing.
