    Hi People,

I am trying to install Ubuntu 10.04 on my Mac Mini (new mid-2010). I am running into this error very early during the installation. The Parallels OS Installation Assistant detects the ISO image I am using as Ubuntu Linux. It also creates a VM file - 'Ubuntu-linux.pvm' in the default folder /Users/.../Documents/ folder. However, when I click start to begin the installation in the VM, it breaks and gives me this error - 'Unable to create the Unattended.iso disc image'.

Any idea what's happening here? Pointers?

    Thanks!

I found a solution for this. Just select 'Skip detection' and perform a 'Custom' install. Hope this helps someone seeking answer to this issue.
