Hi I am running Parallels 5.x on my i7 powered iMac with Snow Leopard. Wondering what version of UBuntu works well with this version of Parallels. The UBuntu site says 10.10 is latest. I am looking for desktop version. It also lists both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. Which one is better? Are there any known issues? Thanks
Just a really simple quick reply: 10.10 does work, but I'm not sure if Parallels Tools can be installed within it -- sorry, that just hasn't been a priority for me. At a guess, you can probably go with 64 bit given your computer specs. You deserve a more detailed response, but after 8 days I figure you could at least use a basic answer. It's a reasonably quick install if you want to just make a test installation to try it out.
