How to access Parallels menu (USB device menu) from windows running in a full screen

    Is there a way to access Parallels menu (USB device menu) from windows running in a full screen by key combination?

    You can press control-option to show the menu bar and the Mac cursor.

    The Full Screen settings in the virtual machine configuration allows you to select a corner of the screen that you can click to show the menu bar.
