    Hi guys,

I recently purchase Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac and successfully installed Windows 7 with it on my iMac. However, after I restart my iMac and try to run the Parallels Desktop application. The following message appear:

"Unable to connect to Parallels Service."

"Make sure that the prl_disp_service process is active and it is not blocked by Firewall. For details, please refer to http://kb.parallels.com/8089. If the problem persists, contact the Parallels support team for assistance."

Then I follow the provided link (http://kb.parallels.com/8089) and input the first command:

    "sudo launchctl stop com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon"

Password is prompted. After I entered my password, the following message appears

"launchctl stop error: No such process"

I have also tried to reinstall Parallels Desktop 6 three times. Same problem happens!

    Please HELP!!!!
