How do you use different resolutions, Windowed/Fullscreen?

Is it possible to setup parallels to allow you to use a lower resolution when windowed, say 800x600, and while running in full screen something larger (1440x900)?

I have Windows XP installed in parallels on my Macbook Pro and it would be nice to use XP in a window with a small enough resolution so I could see the entire desktop. Then on the few occasions I want to use XP fullscreen it would automatically switch to a high resolution so it a) looks better and b) doesn't have black borders around the lower resolution image.

I've looked through the readme/help files but either I don't understand how to do it or there isn't the option...

Care to explain where did you find the solution to your original problem? - Thanks
