How to transfer data from xp to vista?

    I am new to both parallels and apple. Since we cannot upgrade an existing XP VM to Vista, what is the easiest way to transfer my 35 GB of data from my XP VM to a new Vista VM? Thanks a lot for your help.

    if just 35GB of data not including application then. i would dump to your extnernal drive and copy back to vista..
