I tried parallels for the first time, however when I use citrix to connect to my work, keyboard mappings does not work very well. for starters use of shift key is useless to get capital letters, you will need to and hold shift+control. cut and paste also does not work coltrol-c or control-v does not work at all. VMWARE fusion does have it right hold shift for uppercase, control-c or control-v work without any issues. I hope you can help me here
Try the following: Virtual Machine -> Configure -> Options -> Advanced -> Optimize modifier keys for games
Hi, Savios. Please, goto Paralles Destop -> Preferences -> Advanced and enable "Use detailed log mesages". Repoduce your issue, create and send Problem Report (please, write description of your problem in report - version of citrix, how often issue reproducable and so on). Post Report ID here - it will help us to find root of problem.
