reinstallation not working!

I was having problems with windows 7 and "thought" that reinstalling would fix this now I can't get anything to work!!! I just want to cry!!!

everything was fine till the part after you choose where the guest OS is and then it say "no disk image" so I check to make sure the dvd drive is chosen ?
also when I try to install parallel tools it shuts down with some error!!!

what am I doing wrong the first time I did this it worked like a charm now I've been trying for 2 days?

I have a Imac with snow leopard, and windows 7

 

What version of parallels?

Are you using V6 of parallels? If so, that's what you are doing wrong.
