Hello, I am having a problem logging on to Windows XP using Parallels 5 on OS 10.6. When I log in to Windows, it tells me that my copy (which we previously activated legitimately) is not activated and needs to be. When I click through to activate, the next window tells me that the copy of Windows is activated and fine. This spits me back to the user log-in screen. Then I try to click to log in again, and the whole thing cycles through again; I can't get logged in to Windows! Can anyone help me figure out what to do? Thanks!
This sometimes happens when you change something on your computer. Just call up Windows support and tell them that you are running Windows on a virtual machine and that it is not installed on anything else, etc. and they will re-activate it for you.
