It's got a smaller memory footprint and uses half the CPU percentage that RC1 required. Everything that worked before still works. Nice job, team.
have you set it up to access a Bootcamp Partition? if so how is it doing. the last build was causing some problems for a lot of users.
Ditto. Note also that "Global Drag and Drop," which opens a major security breach by making the entire host root-level file system potentially accessible to the guest, is now disabled by default, as dkp and others recommended. However, since we know that in Fusion this functionality can be enabled while still shielding the host's root-level file system from the guest, perhaps we may look forward to a similar functionality in later builds.
I just created an XP custom VM definition and the default was set to enable global destruction ^H^H^H^H^H sharing.
I must have spoken too soon. I had disabled it, then upgraded. The configuration must have carried over. Hope springs eternal.
dvd's in parallels anyone had success here? please let me know what player software/encoders/decoders you use... thanks.
You might want to start a new thread for the players question - I use the Mac software for all of that. My encoder is from http://www.mt-daapd.org/ and doesn't have a limit on the number of users that can tune in. Shoutcast is also available.
