How do I upgrade to new build?

I have version 5.0 build 9344. I want to install the latest build. The only download I could find was the Try and Buy download. If I run the installer, will that work to update me to the latest build? TIA

 

2 ways:
menu Help / Check for updates (2nd up from bottom)

Preferences / Updates - click "check now" button. (Note you can set automatic check for hassle free future updates)
