Both crystal and coherence views are greyed out and not available on my newly installed windows virtual machine. I think that this may be something to do with Tools but not sure? Can anyone help.?
Install Parallels Tools You need to install Parallels Tools for these views to be available. Check under Virtual Machine > Install Parallels Tools.
Thanks, all done now. Problem was that no one tells you that you have to change the cd drive under devices to the virtual drive, but I got there in the end!
