    Hi Group!

I have a user running Parallels Build 4.0.3848 on a brand new Mac Pro 2 x 2.26 Quad-Core with 6 gigs of memory.
Mac OS 10.5.8. Every time her screen saver starts when she walks away from her desk, Windows freezes.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks!

This is what I've done so far in terms of troubleshooting...

    In VM config under Hardware:

I dropped the number of CPU's from 2 to 1. IT'S GOT 16. NOT SURE WHY WE CAN'T USE 2 OF THE 16?
Under Memory, i dropped the allocated amount from the 2 gigs i gave it to 1 gig. IT'S GOT 6 GIGS. NOT SURE WHY WE CANT USE 2 OF THE 6?
Under Video i left it at the default 128mb of video memory, but turned off "Adjust the host computers's screen resolution" and "Enable 3D acceleration". This Mac has an NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 video card with 512 mb of vram.

Does this sound normal in terms of compatibility on these newer Mac Pros? I never had to do all this on our other installations.

    Thoughts?
