help with configuration

Hello.

I am trying to install Parallels on my IMAC which runs Snow leopard.

The installation process is complete and when I open Parallels, it configures.

The configuration process goes through the initial 4 steps and then asks me to manually configure to continue.
I am able to log into WINDOWS and then the configuration process does not continue any further.

If I leave it as it is, I am able to use windows via Parallels HOWEVER, each time I start parallels, it runs through the same configuration process and gets to the same step without completing.


Can you tell me what I need to do to finish of the configuration process once and for all please.

Not sure what you mean... What guest OS are you trying to use? XP? Vista? Win7? What configuration process do you mean? The Windows one, or Parallels?
