Has anyone had any experience installing Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit 1-Pack for System Builders - OEM to use with Parallels Desktop 5 for Mac.

Or can anyone please give me any input why they would go with a different Windows 7 version.

    Thank you.

I did that on our daughters Parallels 4 (she's using a fairly old MacBook 1st gen) and the install went without a hitch.

I'm using a Windows 7 enterprise build as it's a company license but if I had to buy Windows 7 I'd go for what you're trying to do. I don't have a large VM (being on a 2 GB MBAir) so I don't think there's much advantage in using 64 bit to me. Only if you're planning to use more than about 3 GB of memory on the VM would the 64 bit really help.
