.psf share problem - file time milliseconds get dropped

    I see how it can cause problem with some Windows program accessing files on the share drive. It might be a limitation of the OS X file system. The bottom line is that when files are copied from Windows to the .psf share, the millisecond components of the file creation time, last access time, and last write time are reset to zero. This is especially problematic for some backup programs because the back up file will always be "not up-to-date" due to it being a few millisecond behind.
