Upgrade Eligibility

    You would think I would be able to ask a simple question like this by emailing [email protected] as shown here:

    Parallels Desktop 5

    Unfortunately this email address is apparently no longer accepting mail as it bounces back. Wow...I'm starting to get that Fusion 3 feeling.

    Anyway, here's my question. Dunno if anybody can answer it here.

    Back in May I received Parallels Desktop v4.0.3844 with a MacUpdate Promo Bundle. I would like to upgrade this to version 5 but have heard that Parallels sometimes deny these upgrades. Can anybody confirm whether I am eligible or not please?

    My wife has been trying for days to get upgrade information and all she's gotten is a runaround.
