    Since upgrading to 5.0.9344, I can't reinstall Parallels Tools. I can't get a truly full-screen display either.

I'm trying to reinstall Parallels Tools to remedy this full-screen issue, and in spite of the VM showing that the prl-tools-win.iso is loaded and mounted, the DVD drive does not appear in the "Computer" section of the Vista Start Menu. Consequently, I can't reinstall Parallels Tools.

Any ideas for a fix here? Thanks.

have you enabled the CD/DVD drive in the virtual machine configuration?

Actually I figured this one out. There was a registry problem which was disabling the ISO files from being mounted. Thanks for your reply, though.
