Hi My Outlook account is setup correctly as I have been using it for many years on my old PC. I find it not working for some scenarios in Windows 7 guest OS running in parallels 5 on latest snow leopard. When I try to create a meeting request, It says it can't download free/busy information of other attendees. I searched forums here. I disabled "synchronize clock" thingy from KB article. It still isn't working. I configured the VM to use bridged networking. And the account that Outlook is running under is a limited account (i.e It doesn't have admin privileges). The exchange server is 2007 level. I am clueless. I appreciate your help. Thanks
Hi, Likely you need to upgrade to the latest build of Parallels Desktop. It should have this problem fixed. The anouncement is here http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=99765
I installed it 4 days back. During installation, it said there is newer version and downloaded it and installed. I think it is up to date. It says Build 5.0.9310 (Rev 546799; Jan 12 2010) Thanks
I updated it to latest an hour back. I still see the issue. I enabled logging in Outlook. I see the following. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 2010/03/12 09:42:41.301: Getting ASURL 2010/03/12 09:42:49.153: Failed to get ASURL. Error 8004010F +++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Hm.. It may be some configuration problem, please try http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb397225(EXCHG.80).aspx (the page is named "Troubleshooting Free/Busy Information for Outlook 2007") may be you will need assistance of your network administrator to proceed with troubleshooting
