Best way to P2V SN Server

I've installed Snow Leopard Server on an external disk and now I would like to run it as a VM on my Mac mini. If possible, I would like to avoid rebuilding the OS in Parallels and just P2V it using Parallels' transporter agent. Unfortunately the only agents I can locate are for Windows and Linux. This is making me think it's either not supported anymore or there's a better way to do the work. Can anyone offer some advice on getting this install moved to Parallels instead of rebuilding it from scratch? I'm not apposed to that work, just would like to avoid it if other options are available.

Parallels Transporter does not support migration of Mac OS X Server, but it should be possible with standard dd utility;
