I try importing a VM that runs fine in VMWare and get this message: This virtual machine cannot be processed because something is wrong with its configuration or the virtual hard disks it uses. Please contact the Parallels support team for assistance. I have no idea how to "comtact the parallels support team for assistance". Paul
