I've just created a support-ticket 872940 for the email with which you registered on Parallels forums. Let me know if you have not received the support-email.

According to the problem report, your problem is different from the Massimiliano's one.

For some currently unknown reason the Parallels Dispatcher Service starts up very slowly on your machine. Logs show, dispatcher is completely started only 3 minutes later after Mac booted. We will investigate the problem. But for now please try to wait some time before starting the Parallels Desktop after boot.

The service "prl_disp_service" is running on system startup. When I start Parallels Desktop, the process "prl_disp_service" stop and error dialog pop up :
"Unable to connect to Parallels Service.

Make sure that the prl_disp_service process is active and it is not blocked by Firewall. If the problem persists, contact the Parallels support team for assistance.

    Hello RainerK

start the /Application/Utilities/Terminal and execute in it next commands

    sudo chown root:wheel /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon.plist
    sudo chmod 644 /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon.plist

    then reboot the Mac OS

if this won't help, please start the terminal again, execute in it commands
    ls -al "/Library/Parallels/Parallels Service.app/Contents/Resources/ParallelsDispatcherService"
    ls -al /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon.plist

    and post here their output
