Hi there I am running parallels desktop 4 (with the latest updates..) on my macbook pro 13 inch. My mac has NVIDIA GeForce 9400M. Windows xp pro shows parallels video adapter under Display Adapters in Device manager. When I run movies using VLC player they flickr. They don't flickr when I run them using VLC in mac osx 10.5. So I am thinking I need to update my graphics drivers for windows xp pro. I have reinstalled parallels tools as well but that didn't make any difference. Nvidia site that my manufacturer will provide me the drivers (in this case i think it should parallels).. Please help. -rooban
The nvidia drivers won't help because your VM sees the Parallels video adaptor, not the Mac's "real" video hardware.
