I am new to the Mac, but not new to visualization. So far I have not managed to install Windows XP into a VM, it just sits there and appears to have hung on installing drivers.

So am I wasting my time trying to get XP to run? Please do not suggest Windows 7 as I have another machine running that, it's XP I need for some legacy apps.

    Regards Paul.

I downloaded the trial, and installed XP without any issues.

Install CD was XP w/ SP3

Thanks for the reply. It seems that the problem I have is dotted all round this board, but not one definitive answer to the problem. Mine sits at installing device drivers at about 35% , I have followed nearly every post there is on this one. The only thing left to try is SP3 slipstreamed in. Have however a fully working XP in Vmware as well as virtualbox. And yes I am running the demo too. Shame as I had always had a lot of respect for Virtuozo on servers but parallels seems somewhat quirky, and the support when they are trying to sell it to you none existent.

    Regards
