Yes, I have. Not on Parallels, but in BootCamp. Constant is correct, Parallels only does a single core 32bit processor right now, so x64 no workie. Go to this link (http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=631654) In the Apple Discussion Forums and I'll show you how to do it step by step.
No. Parallels says it's on the schedule for version 3.0 which is due sometime early this year. Given that version 2.5 is still in testing (i.e., it's the current Release Candidate), I presume it'll be some months before we see the first beta with 64-bit support. If you need 64-bit support today, you can try VMWare's Fusion public beta.
