I have parallels 3.0 and upgraded to version 5 and registered and i dint notice that the registration filled in my old email address (its the same start just different end as changed from ihug to gmail) when i logged in to parallels i noticed it said my parallels 5 wasn't registered to register in my online account to get support but it would not accept the registration number as it said already registered to another person. I have the receipts for purchasing parallels 5 yet cant access support with registering the product online. This is very confusing I paid for this and now it works and does updates but wont allow me to add it to my products bought all cause of a change of email address. I cant get a support ticket as it says it is registered to someone else yet that other person is me!
Have you tried going to https://www.parallels.com/account/edit/ and changing the email address associated with your account. That might work. Willie
